The Villa, of about 90 square meters, is composed of a living room, kitchen, two terraces, two bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged on two levels. It has air conditioning and a panoramic outdoor swimming pool (7 meters long and 3 meters wide) with solarium. On the first level there are: a 50 m2 sea view terrace, equipped with table with chairs and barbecue; the living room with vaulted ceiling, enriched with beautiful frescoes, equipped with a table, satellite TV and a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable bed; the kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine; the first master bedroom with double bed which leads to another terrace with fantastic sea view; The first bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and hairdryer.
On the second level there are: a 50 sq m terrace with a breathtaking sea view of the Amalfi Coast; the second bedroom, equipped with a double bed and direct access to the terrace; the second bathroom with shower.
It is located in the historic center of Praiano from which restaurants, bars and public transport stops are easily reachable for the most popular tourist destinations.
